What we collect
Only what you choose to send. When you use a form on this site we receive your name, phone number and email address, the type of coverage you are interested in, the best time to call you, and anything you add in the message box. Please do not send Social Security numbers, medical records or bank details through the website. If you decide to apply for coverage, the insurance company’s own application collects that information securely.
How we use it
To answer your request, prepare quotes, call you at the time you asked for, and help you apply for coverage if you decide to. We may follow up about the request you sent. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
When information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations: with insurance companies when you ask us to get quotes or submit an application, because they need it to price and underwrite coverage; with the service providers that host this website and deliver and organize our messages, who may use it only to provide that service to us; and when the law, a court or an insurance regulator requires it.
Calls and text messages
By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you. We never share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it, and how it is protected
We keep information for as long as we need it to handle your request and to keep the records insurance rules require. Form submissions are stored on secured systems and access is limited, but no method of storing or sending information online is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
