Proudly serving Maryland

- Anne Arundel County
- Baltimore County

- Harford County
What should signers bring?
A current, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, for every person who is signing. The name on the ID should match the name on the documents.
Can you explain the loan documents to the signers?
We show signers where to sign, initial and date, and make sure nothing is missed. As notaries, we cannot give legal advice or explain what a document means legally. Questions about loan terms go to the lender, the title company or an attorney.
Where can a signing take place?
Wherever works for the signers: a title office, their home or workplace, or another location in our Maryland service area. That is the point of a mobile notary.
How do I schedule a signing?
Call, email or use the form on this page with the date, time, location, number of signers and the type of signing. We will confirm the appointment with you.
Let’s keep your closings on track
Send the signing details on the form, choose “Mobile notary or loan signing,” and we will confirm the appointment. For a same-week closing, a call is fastest.
A notary public is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice or explain the legal effect of a document. Questions about the terms of a loan or transaction should go to the lender, title company or an attorney.
